Telli Secures $15M Seed Round for AI Voice Agent Platform Charlie

Funding Round Details

Telli secured $15 million in seed funding led by Swiss venture capital firm redalpine to advance its artificial intelligence agent builder focused on customer-facing operations.

The company's core product, Charlie, enables B2C companies to create, test, optimize, maintain and deploy AI agents that interact directly with customers through voice channels.

What Charlie Does

The platform allows businesses to build AI voice agents capable of handling various customer operations tasks. Charlie-powered agents have already processed millions of customer conversations across companies of different sizes, from small and medium-sized businesses to large enterprises.

The AI agents can perform multiple functions:

  • Answer incoming calls
  • Qualify sales leads
  • Book appointments
  • Conduct follow-up communications
  • Resolve customer service requests

Beyond deployment, Charlie provides analytical tools that help companies examine conversation data, identify operational issues, conduct experiments and refine customer communication strategies.

Market Positioning

Telli positions its platform as a replacement for traditional customer operations infrastructure that B2C companies have relied on for two decades, including legacy CRM systems, call centers, ticket queues and manual workflows.

The startup is already working with notable clients including Sky, Enpal and Vaillant Group, whose customer-facing operations are now handled by Telli's AI voice agents.

We believe voice is only the beginning. As customer communication spreads across more channels and personal AI agents become part of everyday life, companies will need AI on their side of the conversation too.
