FinovateFall 2026 Announces Three Industry Stages on AI, Payments, and Trust

Three-Week Countdown to FinovateFall

FinovateFall returns in three weeks with a programming structure built around three dedicated industry tracks: AI and Innovation, The Future of Money, and Customer Experience and Trust. The conference aims to show banking and fintech executives what strategies are delivering results, which systems are failing under new technological and regulatory demands, and where operational rethinking is needed.

AI and Innovation Track

The AI and Innovation stage moves beyond experimental discussions to address implementation challenges. Sessions will examine the shift from AI copilots to semi-autonomous agents, measuring return on investment for AI initiatives, and identifying where current investments aren't delivering expected results.

Topics include enterprise-scale AI deployment, modernising legacy systems, agentic commerce, and front-office applications that can create competitive differentiation. The track aims to clarify where AI is generating measurable business value and where the next wave of innovation is emerging.

The Future of Money Track

This stage examines how stablecoins, AI agents, and data-driven lending are transforming money movement and financial decision-making. Sessions will cover stablecoins' expanding role in banking and payments, AI-powered financial decisions, and precision lending techniques.

Industry leaders will also discuss how payment strategies are adapting to intensifying competitive and regulatory pressures. Attendees will gain insight into where financial institutions should direct their investments as the underlying infrastructure of money evolves.

Customer Experience and Trust Track

Creating exceptional customer experiences now requires earning and sustaining trust, according to the conference organisers. This track will explore how financial institutions can deploy personalisation and AI to build more relevant customer journeys while strengthening security, reducing fraud, and establishing lasting customer confidence.

Discussions will address experience transformation, digital identity, financial crime prevention, and how banks can convert trust into a competitive advantage without sacrificing growth.

Event Details and Registration

The three industry stages will take place Friday, 11 September, offering a focused examination of strategies that will shape banking's next phase. Early registration before 21 August offers savings of up to $400 on conference passes.
