Regulatory Shift Creates Unified Framework
Unlimit Global Payments CEO Irene Skrynova highlighted the regulatory simplification MiCA brings to crypto operations in Europe.
For years, working with crypto in Europe meant meeting a different standard in every market. Now there is one.
This authorisation allows us to expand our digital-asset services across the European Union.
Company Operates Global Payment Network
Founded in 2009, Unlimit maintains 17 offices worldwide and operates a payment network spanning more than 180 countries.
The infrastructure connects with local payment systems and supports cross-border commerce and agent-initiated payments for businesses, consumers and AI agents.
Recent Partnerships Expand Merchant Reach
The MiCA licence arrives alongside other expansion efforts by Unlimit through strategic integrations.
In May, the firm partnered with digital transformation provider Comviva to enhance checkout capabilities for merchants. Unlimit's infrastructure will integrate into Comviva's mobiquity One platform, giving merchants access to more than 1,000 payment methods and global acquiring capabilities.
Indian fintech enabler Decentro also integrated Unlimit's universal operating layer to broaden its cross-border payment capabilities into additional markets and payment methods.
