Partnership Expands AI Across Advisor Network

AI-powered financial services platform Zocks has teamed up with independent broker-dealer and registered investment adviser Founders Financial Securities. Under the agreement, Zocks becomes part of the TRU Enterprise OS technology suite that Founders makes available to all its member advisors throughout the United States.

The San Francisco-based company's platform captures details from advisor-client conversations and transforms them into structured data. It then syncs that information across portfolio management, CRM, and planning systems — including Salesforce, Orion, Wealthbox, and more than 370 fields in eMoney.

How the Platform Works for Advisors

Advisors using the technology receive comprehensive, up-to-date client summaries ahead of every meeting. After the session ends, follow-up emails, meeting notes, and forms are pre-populated with key details drawn from both the conversation and connected systems.

The automation handles tasks such as meeting preparation, client intake and account opening, and document processing — freeing advisors to concentrate on client relationships rather than administrative work. Towson, Maryland-based Founders cited the depth of Zocks' integrations and compatibility with existing technology as key factors in selecting the platform.

Leadership Gains Operational Insights

We selected Zocks because it gives our Member Partners more time to do what they're called to do: care for and serve their relationships, Founders CEO Brad Shepherd said.

Beyond individual advisor benefits, the partnership provides Founders' leadership with aggregate data on operational trends. The firm plans to use these insights to support member partners and scale best practices across its advisor community.

Founders recognized early that AI was going to change what clients expect from their advisors, and it chose to equip its entire network now instead of taking a wait-and-see approach, Zocks Chief Revenue Officer Drew DiMarino said.

About the Companies
