Three New Products Expand Platform Capabilities
Utah-based lending and credit platform LoanPro introduced three new products this week targeting payments, card-based loan disbursement, and AI-powered servicing.
The new offerings include LoanPro DirectPay for payment processing, Beyond Credit for virtual card disbursement, and LoanPro MCP (Model Context Protocol) for connecting AI agents to servicing workflows. The company also announced RiskRadar delinquency prediction, ongoing compliance monitoring, LoanPro Connect, full support for secured cards, and partnerships with payment providers Moov and CheckAlt.
DirectPay Brings Payment Processing In-House
The company is rebranding its payments suite to LoanPro Payments, anchored by LoanPro DirectPay, its payment processing service that handles approximately $4 billion per month in loan repayments and disbursements.
Because the platform maintains both loan data and processing information internally, loan officers gain visibility into the complete payment lifecycle — they can track why a payment failed and handle disputes without leaving the system.
Virtual Mastercard for Instant Loan Disbursement
Beyond Credit is a virtual Mastercard that lets lenders disburse installment loan funds that borrowers can immediately access through Apple Pay or Google Pay wallets.
Lenders retain control over where the fee-free card can be used, with the ability to restrict spending by merchant name, merchant ID, geographic location, or merchant category code.
AI Agents with Compliance Guardrails
The new Model Context Protocol powers LoanPro's Intelligence Suite, which provides loan servicing agents with account health indicators, recent activity summaries, and recommended next steps.
Lenders can connect their choice of AI agents and models to the platform through the MCP. Every action taken by an AI agent gets logged in the audit trail under the name of the employee using it, allowing lenders to deploy agentic AI while maintaining oversight and accountability.
You will only ever drive as fast as you trust your brakes to stop you, said Chief Product Officer Colin Terry. Lenders have spent years building controls around their human agents, and the LoanPro MCP runs through those same role-based access controls and compliance guardrails.
Reducing Vendor Fragmentation
The product launches reflect a strategy to consolidate more of the lending lifecycle onto a unified platform. By housing payment processing, real-time disbursement, servicing, and AI capabilities in the same environment, LoanPro aims to reduce the number of third-party vendors and integrations lenders must manage.
Lenders have asked us for years to handle more of this for them, with one contract and one team to call, said CEO and co-founder Rhett Roberts. A lender can now get funds to a borrower on a Friday night or have an AI agent help service an account, and all of it stays inside LoanPro.
Founded in 2015, LoanPro serves banks, auto lenders, and credit providers by automating workflows, processing payments, underwriting applications, and managing collections.
