E-commerce & Online Retail
Business accounts for e-commerce and online retailers
The sale is only part of the job. You also have stock to order, a warehouse to pay and a supplier deposit due before the next shipment. Those payments need as much attention as the orders coming through your store.
Demivolt helps online retailers, direct-to-consumer brands and multibrand sellers manage their business payments with a dedicated company IBAN, account visibility and domestic and international transfer options.
Keep stock purchases and supplier payments in view
Pay manufacturers, fulfilment providers and other business suppliers through the routes available for your account. Keep the invoice, purchase order and payment reference connected in your records, so a deposit and a final balance do not become two unexplained transfers. Check the destination and currency before committing to a supplier payment deadline.
Give your finance team a clearer picture
Track incoming and outgoing account payments from one dashboard and assign access according to each person's responsibilities. Where suitable, sub-accounts can help organise your company's operating funds. Your store, accounting system and sales platform reports still provide the order-level detail behind each receipt.
Example: receiving a wholesale order payment
An online brand that also sells to retail shops could receive a wholesale invoice payment into its company IBAN, match it to the order and pay its warehouse for fulfilment. Keeping the same order reference in its records makes the receipt and related costs easier to follow.

Frequently asked questions

Start with the payout report from your checkout provider or selling platform. Match the amount received to that report, then use its breakdown to allocate sales, fees, refunds and other adjustments. The account transfer alone does not explain every order included in the payout.
Yes, where the destination and currency are supported for your account. Confirm the supplier's beneficiary details, the payment route and any required documents before the payment is due, especially when ordering from a new supplier.
Yes. Role-based permissions allow account access to reflect each person's responsibilities. Discuss who needs to view activity and who needs to manage payments when setting up your users, rather than sharing one login across the business.
