Funding Round Details

Stablecoin infrastructure provider Noah has closed a $38 million seed funding round to scale its cross-border payment services. The raise included an additional $16 million from both new and existing backers.

The round drew participation from Endeit Capital, FJ Labs, LocalGlobe, Felix Capital, and a group of angel investors.

Expansion Plans and Capital Deployment

Noah plans to use the proceeds to accelerate its international money transfer operations and expand regulatory coverage across key markets. The company will also hire engineering and compliance specialists while deepening integrations with local payment rails in high-volume corridors.

As part of its US expansion strategy, the firm intends to open an office in New York.

Platform Vision and Market Position

Stablecoins combine the flexibility of digital currencies with the stability of fiat currencies to allow money to move at the speed of the internet.

Co-founder and CEO Shah Ramezani said the company is building infrastructure to enable one-click international transactions with full compliance at both ends of every transfer.

Just as neobanks have revolutionised domestic banking, we want to redefine global money transfer markets, Ramezani added.

Customer Growth and Current Operations

The company reported adding more than 150 customers during 2026. Its client base spans financial institutions and digital platforms in remittances, fintech, marketplaces, and payroll.

Noah currently operates across more than 150 markets and supports over 60 currencies. The platform connects stablecoin settlement directly to domestic payment rails, serving enterprise clients, individuals, neobanks, and workforce platforms.
